Chaitanya & Associates is a full service mid-size law office dedicated to provide legal services in areas such as Corporate Laws, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Service, Labor & Industrial Laws, Information Technology, Banking, Taxation, Commercial and all types of Matrimonial, Civil and Criminal matters. We also settle disputes by Alternative Dispute Resolution Process.

We represent financial institutions in general, corporate and real estate matters as well as closing loan transactions.

We have as a unique real estate practice, handling everything from complex commercial transactions to residential closing services.  We have extensive experience representing local and regional developers in the acquisition and development of office, retail, industrial and residential real estate.  Representation of real estate developers includes title examinations, acquisition, permitting, zoning, financing, governmental agreements, contracting, leasing and drafting of development documents. 

Our clients include mid-size and small size corporations and business houses. We also provide legal services to individuals.

Courts of practice

Our courts of practice include the High Court of Karnataka, District Civil and Session Courts, Company Law Board, Debts Recovery Tribunals, Adjudicating Officers, Administrative Tribunals, Cyber Appellate Tribunals and Other Tribunals.
